BDS provide an in house Fabrication and sheet metalwork service from our premises in Haddenham Buckinghamshire. Our workshop facilities include.

• Edwards Guillotine 1.8m x 4mm
• Break press 1.6m 30 ton
• 400A mig welding unit
• Spot welding unit
• Bandsaw 180 x 305mm
• Circular saw (Aluminium)

Our Fabrication and sheet metal service compliments our design draughting service allowing us to produce prototypes form our own in house drawings prior to batch production small or large no problem.  All types of material including mild steel, Aluminium and stainless steel. Material finishes can be provided from Anodising, polishing, hot dip galvanising powder coating.
