BDS has an in house fabrication and sheet metal workshop, we can produce a variety of products from your drawings or we can produce the drawings for you, from one off prototypes to full batch production runs. We can work with all types of material including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our workshop facilities include:-

We can arrange a number of different material finishes including galvanising to BS EN ISO1461, polyester powder coating to BS6497 / BS EN 134382005 (parts 1&2), anodising and zinc plating.
